Briefly, adipose tissue collection was conducted during local anesthesia, and harvesting was performed with water-jet-assisted liposuction.
Following immediate isolation of SVFs, using an automated processing NBIOTEK's 4 X SVF isolation kit by Biotrend system.
For every patient 5 kits Glo PRP (Glofinn America, LLC) are used. We took 8.5 ml blood from patient by using scalp vein set (1.5 ml sodium citrate anticoagulant into the GLO PRP body).
These were injected into corpus cavernosum combined PRP and SVF injections.
